Biography of Roy R. Rubottom

Roy R. Rubottom (* 13. February 1912 in Brownwood; † 6. December 2010 in Austin) was an uS-amerikanischer Diplomat, Politikwissenschaftler und Hochschullehrer. He was 98 years old. His education included Southern Methodist University and University of Texas at Austin. He worked at Naval War College and Southern Methodist University.
