Biography of Rudolf Gleichauf

Rudolf Gleichauf (* 29. July 1826 in Hüfingen; † 15. October 1896 in Karlsruhe) was a deutscher Historien- und Trachtenmaler. He was 70 years old. His education included Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, Dresden Academy of Fine Arts and Städelschule. His awards include Knight Second class of the Order of the Zähringer Lion and Commander of the Order of the White Falcon.
