Biography of Rulan Chao Pian

Rulan Chao Pian (* 20. April 1922 in Cambridge; † 30. November 2013) was an american musicologist. She was 91 years old. She was married to Theodore Hsueh-Huang Pian. Her education included Harvard University and Radcliffe College. She worked at Harvard University. She was awarded the Otto Kinkeldey award. Her cause of death was pulmonary fibrosis.
