Biography of Ruth Bishop

Ruth Bishop (* 12. May 1933 in Dandenong; † 12. May 2022) was an australian virologist. She was 89 years old. She studied at University of Melbourne. She worked at Royal Children's Hospital, World Health Organization, University of Melbourne and National Health and Medical Research Council. She received 5 awards, including Officer of the Order of Australia, Florey Medal.
