Ryszard Frelek (* 30. May 1929 in Parysów; † 21. October 2007) was a polnischer Historiker. He was 78 years old. His education included Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Higher School of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party. He worked at University of Warsaw. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Order of the Builders of People's Poland and Work Flag Order, 1st class.
