Biography of Ryūtarō Hashimoto

Ryutaro Hashimoto (* 29. July 1937 in Sōja-shi; † 1. July 2006 in National Center for Global Health and Medicine) was a 82nd and 83rd Prime Minister of Japan. He was 68 years old. He was married to Kumiko Hashimoto. His education included Keio University, Azabu Junior and Senior High School and National Taiwan Normal University. He was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Supreme Order of the Chrysanthemum. His cause of death was surgical complications. He was buried at Iyama Hōfuku-ji Temple.
