Biography of Sadri Akhun

Sadri Akhun (* 16. March 1903 in Yekaterinburg; † 21. June 1990 in Moscow) was a tatar Soviet sculptor. He was 87 years old. His education included Sverdlovsk Art School and Repin Institute of Arts. He worked at Qazan Art School and Russian State University named after A.N. Kosygin (Technologies. Design. Art). He received 5 awards, including Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Honored art worker of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. He was buried at Vostryakovo Cemetery.
