Biography of Samuel P. Massie

Samuel P. Massie (* 3. July 1919 in North Little Rock; † 10. April 2005 in Laurel) was an american organic chemist. He was 85 years old. His education included Fisk University and University of Iowa. He worked at United States Naval Academy. His awards include ACS Award for Encouraging Underrepresented and Economically Disadvantaged Students into Careers in the Chemical Sciences, James Flack Norris Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Teaching of Chemistry and Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.
