Biography
Saunders Mac Lane (* August 4, 1909 in Norwich; † April 14, 2005 in San Francisco) was an american mathematician. He was 95 years old. His education included Yale University, University of Chicago, University of Göttingen, Utica Free Academy and Leominster High School. He received 6 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, William Procter Prize for Scientific Achievement.
