Sławomir Mrożek (* 29. June 1930 in Borzęcin; † 15. August 2013 in Nice) was a polish dramatist and writer. He was 83 years old. He was married to Maria Obremba. He studied at Bartłomiej Nowodworski High School. He received 10 awards, including Knight of the Legion of Honour, Golden Medal for Merit to Culture. He was buried at Panteon Narodowy w Krakowie.
