Zhanna Prokhorenko (* May 11, 1940 in Poltava; † August 1, 2011 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian actress. She was 71 years old. She was married to Yevgeny Vasilyev. She studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. She received a total of 4 awards. Her cause of death was cancer. She was buried at Khovanskoye Cemetery.
