Biography of Schimon Peres

Shimon Peres (* 2. August 1923 in Višnieva; † 28. September 2016 in Sheba Medical Center) was an israeli politician (1923–2016) –Former President of Israel (2007–2014) and Prime Minister of Israel (1977, 1984–1986, 1995–1996). He was 93 years old. He was married to Sonia Peres. He had 3 children. His education included New York University, Harvard University, The New School, The New School for Social Research and Ironi Alef High School. His faith was Judaism. He received 10 awards, including Nobel Peace Prize, Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St Michael and St George. His cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage. He was buried at Nation's Great Leaders Graves.
