Biography of Serge Doubrovsky

Serge Doubrovsky (* 22. May 1928 in 9th arrondissement of Paris; † 23. March 2017 in Paris) was a französischer Schriftsteller und Literaturkritiker. He was 88 years old. His education included École Normale Supérieure and Lycée Condorcet. He worked at New York University, Harvard University, Brandeis University and Smith College. He received 6 awards, including Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres‎, Prix Médicis. He was buried at Cimetière parisien de Bagneux.
