Serhij Pylypenko (* 10. July 1891 in Kyiv; † 3. March 1934) was an ukrainian writer and literary critic. He was 42 years old. He was married to Tetjana Kardynalowska. He had at least 2 children (2 daughters). His education included Premier Gymnase de Kiev and Imperial University of St. Vladimir. He worked at Український голос (Рига), Narodnia Volia, Селянська правда, Книгоспілка and T.H. Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His cause of death was execution by shooting.
