Biography of Sir Eric Charles William Mackenzie Penn

Sir Eric Charles William Mackenzie Penn (* 9. February 1916; † 12. May 1993) was a former comptroller of the Lord Chamberlain's office; former extra equerry to Queen Elizabeth II. He was 77 years old. His education included Eton College and Magdalene College. His awards include Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order and Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order.
