Soja Butenko (* 1. September 1928 in Bahata Cherneshchyna; † 21. April 2001) was an ukrainian oncologist. She was 72 years old. Her education included Bogomolets National Medical University and Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine. She worked at R.E.Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology. Her awards include State Prize of Ukrainian SSR in Science and Technology, Honored Scientist of Ukraine and Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
