Biography
Solomon W. Golomb (* May 30, 1932 in Baltimore; † May 1, 2016 in Los Angeles) was an american mathematician. He was 83 years old. His education included Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. He received 8 awards, including William Procter Prize for Scientific Achievement, National Medal of Science. His cause of death was heart failure. He was buried at Mount Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery.
