Biography of Sonia Landy Sheridan

Sonia Landy Sheridan (* 10. April 1925 in Newark; † 30. October 2021 in Oxford County) was an uS-amerikanische bildende Künstlerin, Pädagogin, Wegbereiterin der Copy Art und Gründerin des Programms „Generative Systeme“ an der School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She was 96 years old. She was married to James E. Sheridan. Her education included Hunter College, California College of the Arts, Columbia University, National Taiwan Normal University and San José City College. She was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
