Spartak Knteghtsyan (* 30. December 1924 in Gyumri; † 13. February 1996 in Yerevan) was a soviet architect. He was 71 years old. He studied at National Polytechnic University of Armenia. He worked at Yerevannakhagits. His awards include Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class, Medal "For Courage" and Honored Architect of the Armenian SSR.
