Biography
Stan Winston (* April 7, 1946 in Richmond; † June 15, 2008 in Malibu) was an american special effects artist. He was 62 years old. He had 2 children. His education included University of Virginia, California State University, Long Beach and Washington-Liberty High School. He received 5 awards, including Academy Award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Academy Award for Best Visual Effects. His cause of death was multiple myeloma. He was buried at Hillside Memorial Park.
