Biography of Stanford Ovshinsky

Stanford Ovshinsky (* 24. November 1922 in Akron; † 17. October 2012 in Bloomfield Hills) was an uS-amerikanischer Erfinder. He was 89 years old. He was married to Iris M. Ovshinsky. He studied at Buchtel High School. His awards include Rudolf-Diesel-Medaille, National Inventors Hall of Fame and Fellow of the American Physical Society. His cause of death was prostate cancer. He was buried at Farband and Workmens Circle Cemetery.
