Stefan Schwarz (* 4. October 1906 in Jasło; † 1. January 1993 in Kraków) was a polnischer Arzt und Gynäkologe. He was 86 years old. He worked at Jagiellonian University. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
