Stepan Mucha (* 27. December 1930 in Pidhorodnie; † 11. March 1993 in Kyiv) was a soviet politician. He was 62 years old. He studied at National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic". He worked at State Commissariat for Internal Affairs of the Ukrainian SSR. His awards include Order of the Red Banner, Order of the October Revolution and Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Lukyanivske Military Cemetery.
