Stephen G. Kurtz (* 9. September 1926 in Buffalo; † 24. January 2008 in Washington, D.C.) was an american historian and school principal. He was 81 years old. His education included Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania and The Stony Brook School. He worked at Columbia University, American University, College of William & Mary and Phillips Exeter Academy. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
