Biography of Stephen S. Chang

Stephen S. Chang (* 15. August 1918; † 16. December 1996) was an american food scientist. He was 78 years old. His education included University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign and Kansas State University. He worked at Rutgers University. He was awarded the Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists.
