Biography of Studs Terkel

Studs Terkel (* 16. May 1912 in New York City; † 31. October 2008 in Chicago) was an american author, historian and broadcaster. He was 96 years old. His education included University of Chicago Law School and McKinley High School. His faith was atheism. He received 10 awards, including Elijah Parish Lovejoy Award, National Humanities Medal. His cause of death was falling from height.
