Biography of Swetlana Alexandrowna Pletnjowa

Swetlana Alexandrowna Pletnjowa (* 20. April 1926 in Kirov; † 20. November 2008 in Moscow) was a russische Historikerin, Archäologin und Anthropologin. She was 82 years old. Her education included Lomonosov Moscow State University and MSU Faculty of History. She worked at Institute of Archaeology. She received 4 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of the Badge of Honour.
