Biography of Sylvia Soublette Asmussen

Sylvia Soublette Asmussen (* 1. January 1923 in Viña del Mar; † 29. January 2020 in Santiago) was a chilean composer. She was 97 years old. She was married to Gabriel Valdés. She studied at Colegio de los Sagrados Corazones de Valparaíso-Viña del Mar. She worked at Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso and Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She was awarded the Pablo Neruda Order of Artistic and Cultural Merit.
