Biography of Tassos Papadopoulos

Tassos Papadopoulos (* 7. January 1934 in Ayios Antonios, Nicosia; † 12. December 2008 in Nicosia New General Hospital) was a 5th President of the Republic of Cyprus. He was 74 years old. He had 4 children. His education included King's College London, Gray's Inn, The Dickson Poon School of Law and Pancyprian Gymnasium. He received 8 awards, including Order of the Three Stars, 1st Class, Decoration for Exceptional Merits. His cause of death was lung cancer.
