Te-Cheng Liao (* 17. June 1920 in Dashe Village; † 14. July 2015) was a taiwanesischer Maler. He was 95 years old. His education included Taichung Municipal Taichung First Senior High School, Tokyo University of the Arts, Own Lead Primary School and Kawabata School of Painting. He worked at National Taiwan Normal University and KaiNan High School of Commerce and Industry.
