Thawan Duchanee (* 27. September 1939 in Mueang Chiang Rai; † 3. September 2014 in Ramkhamhaeng Hospital) was a thailändischer Künstler. He was 74 years old. His education included Chiengrai Vidhayakhome School, Samakkhi Witthayakhom School, Poh-Chang Academy of Arts, Silpakorn University and Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten. His faith was Theravāda. His awards include Order of the Direkgunabhorn, National Artist of Thailand and Fukuoka Asian Culture Prize. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at Baan Dam Museum.
