Biography of Thomas Eakins

Thomas Eakins (* 25. July 1844 in Philadelphia; † 25. June 1916 in Philadelphia) was an uS-amerikanischer realistischer Maler. He was 71 years old. He was married to Susan Macdowell Eakins. His education included Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and Beaux-Arts de Paris. He worked at Drexel University and Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He was buried at The Woodlands.
