Thomas Wallace Whitaker (* 13. August 1904 in Monrovia; † 29. November 1993 in La Jolla) was an american botanist and horticulturist. He was 89 years old. His education included University of California, Davis and University of Virginia. He worked at United States Department of Agriculture and Agnes Scott College. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
