Biography of Tomas Dy-Liacco

Tomas Dy-Liacco (* 12. November 1920; † 24. October 2019) was a filipino electrical engineer. He was 98 years old. His education included Illinois Institute of Technology, University of the Philippines and Case Western Reserve University. He was awarded the IEEE Fellow.
