Biography of Tsutomu Morita

Tsutomu Morita (* 13. June 1930; † 21. June 2015) was a japanese political scientist. He was 85 years old. His education included Kyoto University and Nagoya University. He worked at Sugiyama Jogakuen University and Mie University. He was awarded the The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon.
