Biography of Uladsimir Mitkewitsch

Uladsimir Mitkewitsch (* 22. July 1872 in Minsk; † 1. June 1951 in Moscow) was a russisch-sowjetisch-belarus Physiker. He was 78 years old. His education included Minsk men's gymnasium, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Saint Petersburg University, Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical Institute and Saint Petersburg Mining University. He worked at Peter the Great Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University. He received 5 awards, including Order of Lenin, Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
