Uładzimier Makiej (* August 5, 1958 in Niekraševičy; † November 26, 2022 in Minsk) was a 7th Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. He was 64 years old. He was married to Viera Palakova-Makiej. His education included Belarusian State University of Foreign Languages and Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. He was awarded the Order of Fatherland 3rd Class. He was buried at Eastern Cemetery.
