Đuro Šarošac (* 1. December 1929 in Szemely; † 17. July 2011 in Mohács) was a (1929-2011) ethnographer. He was 81 years old. His education included Eötvös Loránd University, University of Debrecen and University of Zagreb. He was awarded the Móra Ferenc Commemorative Medal.
