Valentin Belonogov (* 4. January 1949 in Izberbash; † 30. October 2024 in Tel Aviv) was a soviet and Israeli director of photography (1949―2024). He was 75 years old. He studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He worked at Moldova-Film and Tel Aviv University. He was awarded the Ophir Award for Best Cinematography. He was buried at Yarkon Cemetery.
