Valeriy Bassel (* 12. July 1939 in Moscow; † 8. September 2024 in Odesa) was a soviet and Ukrainian actor, theatrical director (1939—2024). He was 85 years old. He worked at Kaliningrad Regional Drama Theatre and Odesa Oblast Academic Drama Theater. He was awarded the Merited Artist of the Ukrainian SSR.
