Valery Mitko (* 12. July 1941 in Chernihiv; † 2. October 2022 in Saint Petersburg) was a russian scientist. He was 81 years old. His education included N.G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy and Popov Naval Institute of Radio Electronics. He worked at Russian State Hydrometeorological University and N.G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy. He was buried at Bogoslovskoe cemetery.
