Vaqif Mustafazadə (* 16. March 1940 in Baku; † 16. December 1979 in Tashkent) was an aserbaidschanischer Komponist und Pianist. He was 39 years old. He studied at Baku Academy of Music. His awards include Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR and State Prize of the Azerbaijan SSR. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Yasamal cemetery.
