Vasyl Hetmanchenko (* 22. March 1902; † 13. October 1940 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi) was an ukrainian public and political figure of the 1930s, vice-president of the "Prosvita" society in Akkerman, OUN liaison in the territories of Southern Bessarabia. He was 38 years old. His education included Ukrainian Free University and Ukrainian Pedagogical Institute.
