Biography of Vasyl' Zabašta

Vasyl' Zabašta (* 18. July 1918 in Babenkove; † 20. April 2016 in Kyiv) was an ukrainischer Maler. He was 97 years old. His education included National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture and Kharkiv State School of Art. He worked at National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture. He received 5 awards, including People's Painter of Ukraine, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class.
