Biography of Victor-Amédée Lebesgue

Victor-Amédée Lebesgue (* 2. October 1791 in Grandvilliers; † 10. June 1875 in Bordeaux) was a französischer Mathematiker. He was 83 years old. His education included Collège de Beauvais and University of Paris. He worked at Grande Armée, University of Grenoble and University of Bordeaux. He was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
