Victor Burakov (* 25. March 1931 in Zabalaccie; † 1. March 2020 in Minsk) was a soviet physicist. He was 88 years old. His education included Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Belarusian State University and Школа № 1 (Докшыцы). He worked at B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics and Институт молекулярной и атомной физики НАН Белоруссии. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of Fatherland 3rd Class and Byelorussian SSR State Prize. He was buried at Eastern Cemetery.
