Biography of Victoria Ocampo

Victoria Ocampo (* 7. April 1890 in Buenos Aires; † 27. January 1979 in Buenos Aires) was an argentinische Schriftstellerin. She was 88 years old. Her education included Collège de France and University of Paris. She worked at Sur. She received 5 awards, including Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Maria Moors Cabot Prizes. Her cause of death was laryngeal cancer. She was buried at Recoleta Cemetery.
