Viktor Lyagin (* 31. December 1908 in Seltso; † 17. July 1943 in Mykolaiv) was a russian war scout. He was 34 years old. He studied at Peter the Great Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University. His awards include Order of Lenin and Hero of the Soviet Union. His cause of death was gunshot wound. He was buried at Bolsheohtinskoe cemetery.
