Biography of Vitaly Zhdan

Vitaly Zhdan (* 5. November 1913 in Vilna Governorate; † 1. January 1993) was a soviet film scholar. He was 79 years old. He studied at Institute for Philosophy, Literature and History in Leningrad. He worked at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He received 5 awards, including Honored art worker of the Russian Federation, Order of Friendship of Peoples.
