Biography of Vladimir Bayer

Vladimir Bayer (* 14. September 1942; † 22. May 2024) was a scientist. He was 81 years old. He studied at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. He worked at Moscow Architectural Institute. He was awarded the Honoured Higher education employee of the Russian Federation.
